Brand Identity

Lab Man Mano is the first Italian handmade cheese brand in Taiwan. Inspired by the Italian Slow Food culture, the brand believes that good food takes time. Making handmade fresh cheese is not an easy task. Whether it is time control, temperature, or pH value, precise control is required to achieve perfection in simplicity and purity.

Optimize the snail icon which symbolizes slow food of the old logo, the renewed symbol uses the golden ratio to outline the lines, echoing the brand personality of patience and accuracy. Imitating the thickness contrast when pulling cheese, it makes the strokes full of elasticity and flexibility. The milk drop in the center expresses the message of life, making the structure more stable in the open space. Responding to the symbol, the Chinese and English fonts are simple, but maintain a contrast in thickness; the sharp strokes are replaced by round curves, covering everything softly like cheese.
